1. How Can I Avoid Paying Income Tax?
This is the most basic question of all, and if you posed
it you must be new to the Schiff method.
So before using ISMIS further, you need to start by acquiring at least a
copy of "The Federal Mafia" and studying it well.
Additionally, a sine qua non is to acquire the
Basic Tool Set as soon as possible, for a proper
understanding of the background facts and law.
Then, following this "Zero Return" method is extremely simple - almost
ridiculously easy. One files the return, and prepares to answer a
handful of standard, IRS form-letters each year, and perhaps to
meet with them about once a year.
But it should be used only after preparing well,
and understanding why it is legal and accurate. Therefore
do not cut corners on that preparatory "homework." Success in using
this fabulous method has two prerequisites:
- Understanding the law and reason and theory beneath it, and
- Systematically following it in practice, as designed.
In a nutshell here's how the method works:
- Gain a proper understanding of applicable Law
- Stop paying with-holding tax or quarterly payments
- File a "Zero Return" and claim a refund of anything mistakenly paid
- When the IRS writes to protest (in each of several stages, see below)
- Reply with the appropriate letter, drafted by Mr Schiff
- Demand a meeting to resolve the matter
- If and when you get a meeting, offer to do what is asked provided
that the IRS "show you the law" - and then record their failure to do so
- Take steps to protect your property from illegal seizure
- Optionally at any stage, sue IRS personnel for extortion
The main stages we go through (see #4 above)
are as follows:
- The FrivPen Stage. The IRS writes to say that our Zero Return, constructed
with such loving care and lavish legal- and court-citations, is "frivolous", contrary
to one of the items already proven in its Attachment - or even "unacceptable", contrary
to another. Right from the get-go, they demonstrate how
well they have been trained to lie, and how poorly they have been trained to read.
- The Changed-Return Stage. After ignoring our response to #1, they tell
us they have changed our return so that it reflects a non-zero income. So we reply
to prove that they have no legal authority to lay a finger on that document, and/or
to obtain a meeting at which they can show us where they do. They never have yet
identified that Code Section.
- The Deficiency Stage - which follows quite swiftly on #2. They tell us
we owe them money, based on their illegal meddling with our Return.
We reply to demolish the claim.
- The Final-Notice Stage. This is the one IRS letter upon which we must not
neglect to act; for this notifies us of our right to a Collection Due Process Hearing
- at which will be placed on record their total failure to keep the Law, and so the
total absence of any authority to sieze any property at all.
Each of these Stages is referenced in at least one other page on this index.
