Cindy's Letter of July 12th 2008

This is to let us see her latest legal filing. It concerns the injunction against selling The Federal Mafia, and speaks for itself. The first page is part of her letter to me, and the other 17 in the single .pdf file (870KB) make up the filing, minus its exhibits.

Notice her meticulous handwriting. This is easier to read than most of its kind that are typewritten.

The reasoning as always is elegant, and if this country were governed by law and reason, her motion would be accepted in a flash. That common assumption is of course 100% false; law and reason serve only as a veneer for government power, a palliative to disguise the true nature of all government. Therefore, I fear the filing will prove futile; if judges were open to law and reason, the FedMaf would be enjoying brisk sales to this day and Cindy and Irwin would not be in cages.

Nonetheless, what else can she do. She obviously feels it vital to leave no stone unturned.

It's possible she may be released 9 months early. I have urged her to focus less on waging war on the enemy's battleground, and more on visualizing how she will live the rest of her life after release.
